Cancellation Policy

• No cancellations or refunds during Peak, Holidays, Events, and Deer Season.
• 1 weeks notice is required for reservations made within thirty days.
• Thirty days notice in writing (letter, email or fax) for reservations made two months or more in advance.
• If the cancellation notice is not given within the cancellation time we will charge for one night's stay for each room reserved.
• At any time, we may, for any reason, terminate or refuse to rent.
• We reserve the right to change the prices at any time.
• No refunds for early departure.

No-show Policy

• If you reserve a room and do not show up, we will charge you one night's rate for each room reserved and you forfeit the balance of the reservation.

Clean-up Policy

• We provide clean comfortable rooms. If you spill, stain, or damage anything in the room you rent, you may be liable for the following charges:

• Pre-treat and wash items - $25.00
• Extra house keeping to wash walls/furniture - $25.00
• Clean and deodorize carpet - $75.00
• 1 day's room charge to dry carpet/mattress - Varies 
• Clean and deodorize mattress - $100.00

• Repair/Replacement fees vary
• PLEASE, TAKE CARE OF THE ROOMS!

Smoking Policy

• We provide exterior seating and ashtrays for use OUTSIDE the rooms. If you smoke in a room you will be liable for one or more of the following charges:

• Fee to wash linen - $25.00
• Extra house keeping to wash walls/furniture - $35.00
• Clean and deodorize carpet - $95.00
• 1 day's room charge to dry carpet - Varies  
• fees will be no less than $250.00

• PLEASE, DO NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOMS!
