Cancellation | No-show | Pet | Smoking
Twenty
four hours notice is required for reservations made within thirty days.
Thirty days notice in writing (letter, email or fax) for
reservations made two months or more in advance.
If the cancellation notice is not
given within the cancellation time we will charge for one nights stay
for each room reserved.
No refund
or cancellations for the Blessing of the Bikes
At any time
we may, for any reason, terminate or refuse to rent.
We
reserve the right to change the prices at any time.
No refund for
early departure.
No-show
Policy
If
you reserve a room and do not show up we will charge you one night’s
rate for each room reserved and you forfeit the balance of the reservation.
Pet Policy
There is a one time $10.00 fee for APPROVED pets to stay
in the room with you.
We also request a signed retainer form be completed
in event the carpet
is soiled or extra cleaning is required.
At no time should any pet be
left in the room unattended. Fecal matter must be picked up, bagged and
discarded in the outside trash cans located
at each end of the motel. All Michigan State leash laws apply.
Smoking Policy
We currently have two smoking rooms available on a first come first served basis. We provide exterior seating and ashtrays for use OUTSIDE the non-smoking rooms. If you smoke in a non-smoking room you will be liable for one or more of the following charges:
Fee to wash
linen - $10.00
Extra house keeping to wash walls/furniture - $25.00
Clean and deodorize carpet - $65.00
1 day’s room charge to dry carpet - $65.00
Total - $165.00
